My before and after

Ok, so it's my turn to be humbled.

After some coaxing from my clients, I posted up some old before and after photos at my web page dedicated to helping women eliminate their problems parts.

That site is Go Sleeveless (CLICK HERE TO VIEW)

You can also read my 'story' and how I got into this line of work.

Next week I will be posting up a 'day in the life' of type post and then I'm also going to present a '21 random facts about Rylan' soon after.

Cheers,

R

What I've been up to...

Sorry I haven't been posting so much lately folks, I've been buried trying to get everything ready for the upcoming launch of one of my online programs this coming Monday.

For those who are interested, you can check out Go Sleeveless here to see why I've been a hermit (but it won't be live until monday morning).

Anyway, I fully intend to put up a post on 'a day in the life of Rylan' but right now it would be pretty boring and you would think I'm a loser so this will have to suffice.

At the moment I'm getting up when it's dark to get my workout in, then it's straight to work, and then I re-emerge sometime when it's dark again for dinner. After I top up, then it's a few more hours in the office, bed, repeat.

So until I can post something a little more helpful, I thought I would leave you with today's workout routine and my playlist...

5:30am
20 minute jog

10:30am

3 sets bodyweight pull-ups
3 sets decline pushups

7:30pm
45 minute walk while listening to audiobooks (for de-stresser - not really exercise)

Also, just to let you know that I am working on an cool audio project with the UK's leading kettlebell expert Caroline Raddaway, and Australia's top fat loss expert Daniel Munday. We'll be recording a 'fat loss roundtable' in early march and making that available as a download sometime shortly thereafter, so stay tuned for more details.

Over and out,

My new favorite snack

Edamame.

I love this stuff.

For those of who don't know what it is, it's just baby green soybeans in the pod.

I have mentioned before that women should avoid a lot of soy products because of their estrogen effects, and men should stay away from soy completely, but Edamame is an exception.

In their raw form, soy beans are incredibly healthy. As usual, the more man interferes with nature, the worse it becomes, and such is the case with soy.

However, raw Edamame is loaded with healthy nutrients, plenty of protein, fiber, and is a tremendously satisfying snack.

Here is how to prepare it:

Take a bowl of frozen Edamame pods (found in the frozen veggie section of the grocery store) and cover them in water.

Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on high in the microwave.

Drain the water, and toss the bean pods in a little olive oil while still hot (my best friend gave me some incredible imported Italian olive oil with stone ground lemons that tastes incredible with this).

Season with a little coarse sea salt and pepper and toss again.

Eat by putting the pods in your mouth and squeezing out the individual beans with your teeth. Discard the empty pods.

Cheers,

RD
