Sorry I haven't been posting so much lately folks, I've been buried trying to get everything ready for the upcoming launch of one of my online programs this coming Monday.
For those who are interested, you can check out Go Sleeveless here to see why I've been a hermit (but it won't be live until monday morning).
Anyway, I fully intend to put up a post on 'a day in the life of Rylan' but right now it would be pretty boring and you would think I'm a loser so this will have to suffice.
At the moment I'm getting up when it's dark to get my workout in, then it's straight to work, and then I re-emerge sometime when it's dark again for dinner. After I top up, then it's a few more hours in the office, bed, repeat.
So until I can post something a little more helpful, I thought I would leave you with today's workout routine and my playlist...
Workout
5:30am
20 minute jog
10:30am
1000 skips + 6 x 2 minute rounds on the heavy bag (throwing various 3-6 punch combos)
3 Sets of sandbag squats
3 sets bodyweight pull-ups
3 sets decline pushups
7:30pm
45 minute walk while listening to audiobooks (for de-stresser - not really exercise)
Playlist (I call this one Kick My Ass)
Discipline - Nine Inch Nails
Passive - A Perfect Circle
Change (In The House Of Flies) - Deftones
Every Day Is Exactly The Same - Nine Inch Nails
Guarded - Disturbed
Stand Up - Trapt
Downfall - Trust Co.
Fell On Black Days - Soundgarden
The Undertaker - Puscifer
Price To Play - Staind
Also, just to let you know that I am working on an cool audio project with the UK's leading kettlebell expert Caroline Raddaway, and Australia's top fat loss expert Daniel Munday. We'll be recording a 'fat loss roundtable' in early march and making that available as a download sometime shortly thereafter, so stay tuned for more details.
Over and out,
R

ReplyDeleteYour new programme is sounding very exciting! Don't burn yourself out, though. That's dedication dragging your butt out of bed to work out at 5:30 a.m. Yikes. That coming from the girl that works out late at night. I can't even imagine working out that early. :) The audio project sounds great, too. I can't wait to hear more about it.

Great idea posting your own before and after shots on your website! The transformation is AMAZING in only 30 days. Very inspiring!

Thanks Vicki. The funny thing is, I was so much worse off than the before picture shown at http://www.gosleeveless.com makes you believe.
ReplyDeleteI took a trip out to mom and dads to look through old photo albums, and I seriously couldn't find anything to accurately describe what I used to look like.
I was seriously camera shy. Still am, but I guess if I expect my clients to hold themselves accountable by posting up their photos, then I should too right?
